1- Enhanced Dexterity: He's a Phantom Thief, he jumps higher and moves more nimbly than a person should be able to.
2- Phantom Thief: In canon, Akira is able to travel to a Metaverse Palace created out of a person's cognition and he can 'steal hearts' by stealing a treasure hidden in that Palace. In doing this, he can 'change a person's heart', stealing their distorted desires and then making them confess their crimes because the guilt becomes too great for them to bear. I'd like to make a very lightweight version for MoM in which he can steal a real-life item(since the Metaverse won't be accessible) for the chance to cause a change of heart in a target that lasts approximately 1-7 days(or more if the plotting requires it). If he steals something the target finds extremely valuable or would be definitive evidence of wrongdoing it'd last longer, and if he stole say... a pen off the desk, it wouldn't do anything. It wouldn't necessarily make a bad person confess publicly, but it could cause them to be honest, giving, good, or even sabotage their own 'evil plans' if they were not careful. This requires heavy plotting and of course, permission from all affected parties for every use of this power.
3- Persona [Satanael]-
Akira can summon his final Persona, Satanael. This Persona is around 13ft in height as opposed to Arsene's 9ft, and has no elemental weakness, instead resisting most damage, making it tougher to harm. In addition, he completely blocks Holy damage and absorbs 'Curse' damage, which would mean it strengthens him to be attacked by what is more or less 'darkness' attacks.
The area of effect of these attacks would be about 20'x20'. In addition to these magical attacks and skills, Satanael is treated as a physical being while summoned, able to be seen and interact with the world at large. He can be partially summoned as well, so he can fit in tighter spaces by not manifesting fully and appearing to dissolve into blue flames at whichever points are not manifested.
